1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Hong Kong only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, which includes:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 4–7 business days

Orders placed after 6:00 PM HKT will begin processing the next business day.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@kalmer-living.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • If the return is due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect item ordered), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
